About Bulooloo Creative Company
Established in 2014, Bulooloo Creative Company is a Hong Kong based corporate specializing in providing brand licensing, brand service, illustration and promotion campaign. “Fiscgo” is a brand originated from a comic, “Giggle Village”, and is created by Bulooloo Creative Company.
The motto of the company is " Happy to Share", "Love to Share"manifested by the word Fiscgo which is formed by two words: “Fish” and “Go”. Fiscgo is a very helpful girl, trying with her friends to bring smiles on the face of those who are helpless and puzzled. The company hopes that the Character "Fiscgo" can become everyone’s friend, spreading happiness and giving people support and care.

Type of Licensing

- Merchandising Licensing
Licensee is authorized to use the FISCGO's characters to manufacture, distribute and sell the licensed products. Such as stationery sets, education tools, toys, tableware, foods and drinks, houseware, baby products, bathing items and gifts etc.

-Promotion Licensing
Licensee is authorized to use products of Fiscgo Characters as premiums for sale promotions. In addition, FiscgoCharacters can be spokesman for media and event promotions.
​
- Subject Licensing
Licensee is authorized to use Fiscgo characters and design as a theme decoration. Eg, cafe, restaurant, party decoration, theme park, books, game and apps etc.
